October 1-5 Bookfair! In the cafeteria from 11:00 a.m. until 1:00 p.m. daily
October 2 PTO Meeting in the cafeteria at 6:00 p.m. (students perform)
Stay up-to-date about what is going on and be entertained!
October 4 Read for the Record! This year the book is "Ladybug Girl and the Bug Squad."

October 17 Pumpkin Patch 9:30 a.m. / Also Shaved Ice in P.E. for $1.50 cash
October 19 Last Day for Cookie Dough Money to be Turned In
October 22-31 Relay for Life - Selling pink gel bracelets ($1) and pencils ($0.50)
October 22-26 Red Ribbon Week (more details to come soon)
October 23-25 Vision Screenings at School! Watch for paperwork in your child's folder on this.

October 25 REPORT CARDS GO HOME!! Also, Drug Free Pep Rally at 2:00 p.m. in gym!!!
October 26 School Costume Parade! All of the students will go on a parade through the
hallways to share their costumes!! :)

October 31 Relay for Life PINK OUT day! (Wear Pink!!!!)

PTO Discount Cards (Millbrook/Prattville Area)
Parents,
Send in $10 to purchase a discount card from the Coosada PTO and receive discounts from area businesses every time you make a purchase for a year!
There is also a contest! The student who sells the most cards gets a gift certificate as a reward! Send in money daily!! Send it in your child's folder, inside an envelope, and label the envelope with your child's name, teacher's name, and amount of cards and money ordering. Checks may be written to Coosada PTO.
